- In December 2009 the GESIS and the IDSC of IZA will launch the first annual European DDI User Group Meeting, or EDDI. This meeting take place December 4 at the IDSC of IZA in Bonn, Germany. The day before on December 3, the DDI Alliance will sponsor a half-day DDI 3 training on -Putting DDI to Work for You!,- led by Wendy Thomas. Call for papers for the 7th German Stata User Group Meeting to be hosted at the IDSC of IZA.
- Stata/Mata Day Course organized by the IDSC of IZA on September 23rd:Lecturer David M. Drukker, Stata Corp will teach a day course on Stata/Mata at the IDSC of IZA. Tentative topics: programming statistical methods in Stata/Mata, discrete choice analysis, statistical simulations.
